Operating from Leverburgh in the Isle of Harris, Sea Harris provide the fastest, greenest and most comfortable day trip to St Kilda from the Hebrides on their brand new, best in class vessel: the Enchanted Isle. From June we will also offer shorter trips in an 11m fully enclosed Stormforce RIB.

Sea Harris is a truly local business and our small team is able to offer a personal touch to your day trip to St Kilda. Owner and skipper Seumas has lived in Harris all his life and his worked the seas around his native island for over 25 years. He holds a masters certificate to the level of RYA/MCA Yachtmaster Offshore, making him more than qualified for taking you on your trip to St Kilda.

Seumas is married to Anna who helps with the running of the business. Their two-year-old daughter Rosie occasionally gets in on the act by answering the phone and ‘helping’ to steer the boat!

The crew

The crew of the Enchanted Isle can tell you endless stories about Hebridean wildlife, St.Kilda’s history and modern life on the islands. They will do everything possible to ensure your journey to St Kilda is safe and comfortable, while you enjoy the trip of a lifetime to this remote and dramatic island with its fascinating history, unforgettable landscapes and wildlife.

No visit to St Kilda is complete without the breathtaking tour of Boreray and its stacs. This is the highlight of the St Kilda trip and where John comes into his own, enthralling you with a running commentary of facts and stories about the times when the St Kildans used to visit the stacs while Seumas navigates his way around them to ensure passengers have the best vantage points possible.

The full team at Sea Harris pride themselves on helping you create memories that will last a lifetime. A trip St. Kilda with Sea Harris is a not-to-be-missed experience and we excel at ensuring you get the most out of your trip.
